44 Recording and Playing Back

7.2 File list

In recording a program, it is stored as a ﬁle in the built-in hard

disk of the digital receiver. You can choose and play back a

recording ﬁle you want in the recording ﬁle list.

In addition to the recording ﬁle list, there are MP3 ﬁle list and

Topﬁeld Application Program (TAP) ﬁle list. With the digital

receiver, you can enjoy music or audio books of MP3 format

in the same manner as playing back a recording ﬁle.

To see the recording ﬁle list,

press button.

To turn to another list, press

button or button.

In a ﬁle list, a ﬁle entry is comprised of the following informa-

tion: ﬁle number, ﬁle name, recording time, ﬁle size and so on.

You are able to play back, move, delete, rename and lock a ﬁle

entry in a ﬁle list. You are also able to sort the ﬁle entries by

ﬁle name, recording time or ﬁle size. Moreover, you can make

a new folder.

To make a new folder

To make a new folder, press button. Then a new folder

named GROUP # is created. You can rename the folder in the

same manner as renaming a ﬁle entry.
